CARD ON FILE

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This ensures your appointment time is held exclusively for you and allows for a seamless booking experience.

Your card information is securely stored through an encrypted payment system and is never visible to me.

It will only be used for appointment related charges in accordance with the salon policies.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

To respect the time reserved for each guest a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
